Dear James Knoll

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

In all further correspondence please quote our reference RFI 1609057.

We are unable to process your request because clarification is required:

By way of update we passed your request on to the relevant service area
who have recently informed us that using ‘June 2016’ as the data point for
this request would require a manual sift of the files and is therefore
likely to exceed the 18 hour ‘appropriate limit’ under section 12 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. However, the service area has confirmed
that they have data from ‘April 2016’ that can be used to compile a
response to this request and that using ‘April 2016’ as the data point
instead of ‘June 2016’ would not exceed the ‘appropriate limit’.
Accordingly using April 2016 as the data point may better suit your needs.
Please can you confirm whether you wish to submit a new request on this
basis (i.e. using ‘April 2016’ as the data point) or whether you wish to
continue with the original request? Please note that if you do submit a
new request we are still obliged to also respond to your original request
unless you wish to withdraw this. Therefore in the event that you do wish
to submit a new request please can you also confirm whether you wish to
withdraw your original request?

The 20 working day timescale for responding to your request is suspended
until we have received further information.

Once you have provided clarification the 20 working day timescale will
resume and your request will then be considered and you will receive the
information requested, subject to the application of any exemptions that
might apply.

If you have any queries in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact
me.

Please note if no response is received within 90 days the request will be
closed. If clarification is provided after this time we will deal with
this as a new request.

Kind regards,

Ami
