Please provide quarterly data since your inception in 2013 for the following

Number of foster carers questioned, cautioned and or charged with:
Neglect
child abuse.

Of those foster carers, the number directly employed by AFC

The number employed by other LAs, naming those LAs.

The number employed by private agencies.

The number of foster to adopt.

The number of foster carers wider circle that have been charged with abuse of children looked after by Achieving for Children.

Please provide data on the number of AFC staff questioned, cautioned and or charged with any of the following offenses:

Fraud
Misconduct
Neglect
Abuse
Abduction

Where charges have been brought, please provide data on how those public funds paid to the abusers and their network have been recouped.
