I am writing to request an internal review of South Ayrshire Council's handling of my FOI request 'Foster Care FOI'.
You have not provided any of the information requested or provided any assistance to note where the information may be found.
West Lothian Council provided basic statistical information regarding their foster carers in my FOI request to them without a fee. https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...
