Foster care allowances

Please could you tell me your 2014-15 weekly foster care allowance, NOT including any fee/reward element for foster carers, for:
a) 0-4 year olds;
b) 11-15 year olds.

Schools make their own purchasing decisions using their delegated budgets, unless the right to a delegated budget has been withdrawn. Please find attached a copy of the Blackburn with Darwen scheme of delegation with further details.
