FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Your request for information on the above subject has been considered. 
The Local Authority’s response is as below:

 

Weekly Fostering allowance for Age 0-4  - 2012/13:

Core costs (household costs, transport, clothing, pocket money,
leisure/education)  of £151.87, less £5.35 automatic deduction for child
savings = £146.52

In addition a reward element  of £156.44 is payable, bringing the total
allowance payable to the foster carer/s of £302.96
