Firstly, many thanks for providing the outcomes of asylum applications amongst recognised victims of trafficking with positive Conclusive Grounds decisions via the NRM (case 52658).

Please provide the total number applications and rejections (represented as separate figures) for the following immigration outcomes amongst recognised victims of trafficking since 2016:

Dear Home Office,

I wish to trigger an internal review for case ref 53533, which asks for the number of Leave decisions granted to confirmed victims of human trafficking since 2016.

Given that the CID database includes cross-referencable case information on those with positive Conclusive Grounds decisions and their immigration outcomes, I wish to formally challenge the claim that fulfilling this request would exceed the £600 cost limit and therefore 24 working hours of staff time.

Given that in case ref 53448 I have been provided with the same data for asylum, I believe the decision to withold the same information on Humanitarian Protection and leave is mistaken.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,
Maya Esslemont
