FOIA EIR DPA, Nottinghamshire County Council

Dear Mr Batts

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST

Your request for information has now been considered and the information
requested is detailed below:

Has The Haven Church in Stapleford been allowed to move into the former
school on Wadsworth Road in Stapleford?

Yes, they are occupying the building under a short term licence whilst
negotiations continue with them into taking the building on a long term
lease.

How much rent are they being charged if renting the building?

The rent is £250 per month. A nominal licence fee has been approved & by
allowing the Church Group to occupy the building, this will ensure that
there are significant financial savings to the Council, i.e. security
costs, rates & utility standing charges etc.

How much have they paid if the building has been sold to them?

The Haven Church Group have not purchased the building. It is envisaged
that they will occupy the premises on a long term lease, subject to formal
Council approval.

If you have any queries or concerns then please contact me. Please
remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.

Yours sincerely
