It is understood that this property was transferred to the Board by the Secretary of State for Wales as part of NHS reorganisations post devolution. The property was built by public donations as a former National(Church) School.
Please confirm what restrictive covenants are contained in title deeds for the property together with what rights of way are granted and enjoyed by adjoining landowners? Please confirm that the property is not held in Trust for the benefit of the inhabitants of Llangollen?

Unfortunately the link to the Land Registry page you refer to provides a response "page not found".
I would be grateful if you would provide a functioning link as soon as possible. It is my understanding that you need to be a fee paying subscribing to access Information in relation to Title Deeds on the LR Web Site, so please advise I can view these documents or provide copies please?
I trust you are not being obtuse and difficult in fulfilling the Board's legal obligations to provide the information?
