Dear Scottish Police Authority,

In January 2013 Iain Whyte, disposed of complaints regarding LBJPB and senior members of Lothian & Borders Police. This included possible criminal allegations relating to falsehood fraud and wilful imposition.

1.Who investigated this matter?
2.Was any legal advice sought from PF or Crown Office?
2.Was any report submitted to the PF.
3.Was any legal advice taken if so from whom?

Yours faithfully,

Alan Caulfield

Dear Scottish Police Authority,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Scottish Police Authority's handling of my FOI request 'Former LBJPB Convener Iain Whyte'.

Thank you for your response. The information supplied in your response is not correct.

In June 2014 ref 055-2014 and IR 050-2014, L Davie of SPA Information Management, sourced material from Edinburgh council. This included documents including an e mail dated 17/12/12 from Lesley Birrell Edinburgh Council, titled Falsehood Fraud and Wilful Imposition.

Please look again at the original request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,

Alan Caulfield

Dear SPA FOI,

The information below may be also be useful. It shows L Davie from SPA sourcing and tracing files from Edinburgh council.

Is it possible to ask Mr Whyte?

Yours sincerely,

Alan Caulfield

Dear SPA FOI,

Further to the above L Davie of SPA has already disclosed that four boxes of files were uplifted by SPA in January 2014. The information supplied by SPA during this request is clearly not correct.

Yours sincerely,

Alan Caulfield

Dear SPA FOI,

Please find further information regarding 4 boxes of LBJPB files at SPA.

Yours sincerely,

Alan Caulfield

Dear SPA FOI,

Further to the above. In 2014 SPA had a number of LBJPB files including an e mail printed from Lesley Birrell's e mail account titled Suppression of Complaints- Falsehood Fraud and Wilful Imposition.

SPA should be in a position to answer this FOI request from the four boxes of files and other electronic files received from the former LBJPB in 2014.

Yours sincerely,

Alan Caulfield

Dear SPA FOI,

Good afternoon is there any update on this request?

Yours sincerely,

Alan Caulfield
