Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Former Burnham-on-Sea JobCentre Plus Premises'.

I asked a series of specific questions which related to the commitment of public resources to this premises. The response I received explained that the liability had transferred to a contractor, but did not respond to the issues about public finances, nor did explain how any financial liability was transferred.

Whilst I see that this response partially answers my queries, I hope you will agree that it fails to address the remaining points.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,

Mike Newman
