Formal Request for Information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
Dear Ayrshire College,
This is a formal request pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Under the provisions of this Act, I am entitled by law to receive the following information:
1. The email address of the head of each subject/course, with each email address clearly linked to its respective course.
2. The email address of the HR manager.
3. For institutions with multiple campuses, the specific campus at which each individual is based.
To save you time, you may choose to provide a staff list or directory, which will be sufficient for my request.
Please be reminded that under the Freedom of Information Act, you are legally obligated to provide this information within the statutory time frame. Non-compliance with this request can lead to legal consequences for your institution.
I acknowledge that personal data such as names are exempt from release under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act. However, this does not exempt your institution from providing the requested email addresses and campus locations as specified.
Your adherence to this legally binding request is expected and appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Jonathan Robert
