I would like to receive a copy of all of ukba's guidance, standards and codes of practice WHICH RELATES to the usage of this form (IS81).

In addition to this I would appriciate a copy of the form which is issued, and any other information UKBA might hold on the form itself, such as the purpose of the form ETC.

Mr Riddle is obviously not happy nowadays

Wayne Pearsall left an annotation ()

neither am I. - This one is clearly withheld as it is part of the information required for our substantial complaint to UKBA. (im sure there are provisions within the legal system for us to gain said information though once it gets to court?)

Dear UK Border Agency,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of UK Border Agency's handling of my FOI request 'FORM IS81'.

----------------------
http://www.ico.org.uk/~/media/documents/...

My requests which you have replied to LATE do not fall into the
category of Vexatious... These requests are for a set of
information which is different from my other requests... I
understand that since my comments on my other requests may seem to
have upset Mr Riddle he may be using his personal "judgement" to
refuse my requests...

Now, i would expect an explaination of why you see it is fit to
treat my request as vexatious... I note: the response has taken
longer than the statutory 20 day time limit. which is also
appalling. A vexatious request can be detected within a week
easily. It does not take over a month to do so.

As the request has posted for information which should be in the
public domain, don't you think its amazing that such a request has
been refused...

This is going over to the ICO for review also...

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/fo...

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Pearsall
