Dear East Devon District Council, application ref 24/2320/AGR the planning officer and the planning inspectors report states tree planting has been carried out. saplings presenting in a nursery .trees and vegetation alongside the river have clearly been managed log storage apparent and hedges have started to be laid. all of above are still on going. so could the council please tell me what these operations by law are call if they do not fall under forestry
