Dear Sir or Madam,

The response to my request, February 2009, seeking information available under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act within the statutory 20 days has not been fulfilled and I now advise yourselves that UK Law is now being broken by yourselves.
An explanation of your Ministry's NON response would be greatly appreciated, prior to my seeking further advice from other interested parties.

Yours sincerely,

William Morrison-Bates

Dear CIO-AccessRevAHD (Tranham, Andrew B2),

Sir

Although I do appreciate your eventual response to my initial enquiry, there is NO way that a reply was sent on the date stated by you or your department. I assume that you are aware that all requests and responses are handled by a third party, and as such, we have been unable to trace the reply you allegedly transmitted to me as stated in your belated Email. Perhaps this was a terminological inexactitude so favoured by the MOD, at least during the recent years ?

Yours sincerely,

William Morrison-Bates
