Please provide the total amount spent on translation, interpretation, and language services in all areas of council competence for financial years 21/22, 22/23.

For homelessness and housing advice and asylum seeker and refugee programmes, HBC use Clear Voice Interpretation services who provide a telephone in interpretation services. This service was introduced in 2023/24 and we pay a monthly fee based on a pence per minute rate.
