Force-wide policy on not tolerating slow-walking protests

We're waiting for Ruth Hayhurst to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Humberside Police,

A trial at Hull Magistrates Court on 30 October 2019 heard evidence from police officers that Humberside Police had a "force-wide policy" in December 2018 not to tolerate slow walking protests, where campaigners walk slowly in front of vehicles to delay deliveries.
The prosecution asked for the case to be discontinued after this evidence was given and the defendant, who had been charged with obstructing the highway, was acquitted.
I should be grateful if you would provide the following information:
1. Please confirm whether the evidence provided in court was correct and that Humberside Police had a force-wide policy not to tolerate slow-walking protests in December 2018.
2. Please confirm whether there is still a force-wide policy not to tolerate slow-walking protests.
3. Please provide any documents on a force-wide policy on slow walking protests. To limit the scope of this request please provide documents only from the period June 2018-August 2019.

Yours faithfully,

Ruth Hayhurst
