As indicated above the contract let under the above advert has now ended. 
There were extension clauses available, the Council chose not to exercise
their right to take these.

Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are
being either extended or renewed?

The Council can confirm that a new service has been awarded.
