Do you have a Policy like everyone else, where a Call centre on remits answers questions sent to Leaders who should have discretion & ability to resolve by winding , blaming then ignoring using data protection with bias ?How many issues are forwarded to him for discretion?
Please could The Mayor also explain why The Chief Adjudicator for TfL Appeals said he was not there to administer justice especially in disability area ie:: in front of DART, and when taken to Royal Courts of Justice in 2001/2 the admin deliberately lost papers to prevent a Judicial Review .
Surely this is not legal yet has happened again, see my numerous requests NB TheyWorkFor You [ My Society] .com . Who regulates and oversees the Law it APPEARS TO BE NO-ONE . Surely this is dangerous.
The way the LA directing PCTs& TfL are operating ,with sole corporate directors buying in the Managers on contract,is causing civil liberties abuse, and ,the stress contributed to my cardiac arrest 2 years ago .
How does he intend fixing this ? Addressing this with me as a collaborative Case Study may help me, and everyone else, at root of the problems, rather than the uneconomic quick fixes .
As I have been silenced by Islington LA registering me a mentally [ never seen hospital psychiatrist] not physically [ over 20 chronic conditions affecting mobility ] not wanting to provide Social Services or address a problem. This was when a legal welfare rights officer fed false evidence, without meeting me, to 2nd DLA APPEAL .
Since BA & MA 2003 [ with DSA - dyspraxia addressed at MA level ] as well as p/t psychiatrist they contracted in & directed when asked to address illegal assessments by unqualified workers .
This would be the least he could do to compensate human rights abuse.

The question re: call centre set up also needs to be addressed by you too . As, in past found you have an unhelpful call centre wasting time and money trying to send you elsewhwere, not putting issues to your employers . How do you deal with matters that need resolution and discretion? As a result request internal review before you send into oblivion ??!!Do you think can't improve ?

The Government Office for London does not run a call centre of any
description, so I am afraid I have no call centre related information to
provide you under the FOI act. If you have a specific issue in dealing
with our office, then please let me know what it is and I will try and
deal with it for you.

If you don't have a Call Centre preventing the public and youself from contacting the Leaders who address ethical issues of the way LAs/PCT/TfL behaves . Do you have on shift system the Councillors for your body to contact as when you write a PA answers writing a load of rubbish which they sign ??!! Do they?
This appears to be not democratic as all LAs I have been in contact with are administrative staff being directed by corporate remits and procedures incapable of taking a message correctly or putting ypu in touch with their boss bought in on contract 2/3 x per year . Or if they do their boss doesn't understand their role.The only full time people appear to be Corporate Directors . How is one supposed to raise issues & get discretion if the admin not allowed to have it ?Please give me a named person I can discuss this with and resolve that is not a stupid enquiry line wasting money.
So request internal review of the content not the process, as been dishonesatly recorded as mentally disabled so don't have to address these issues . This I find offensive and criminal
