Dear Kent County Council,

I note that you provided scant information concerning expenditure on the footpath in response to my previous FOI. Please will you now detail all the costs of the public enquiry as it appears to be incomplete with regard to all the legal costs and hall hire etc and accommodations.

Yours faithfully,

Anna Bales

Dear Kent County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Kent County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Footpath at Waterside Close and Faversham Reach'.

[
I received inadequate information with my first FOI. Now this second FOI is overdue. I do not conisider this adequate especially as all costings were meant to be in the public domain before the Planning Ispectors enquiry.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/f...

Yours faithfully,

Anna Bales

Kent County Council

Dear Ms Bales

Thank you for your email.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in providing you with a
response to your latest request for information about the footpath at
Waterside Close and Faversham Reach. Due to an administrative error, we
omitted to forward your email to the Public Rights of Way team and only
realised that a response was imminent when the new case handling system we
use reminded us of this. I appreciate that as a consequence of this, KCC
has failed to comply with statutory timescales on this occasion.

Please accept my assurances that we are making every effort to ensure you
receive a response as soon as possible.

Best regards
