Dear Advertising Standards Authority,

I wondered if you can help. Could you please let me know if you inform regulators of ASA rulings? Specifically, Betindex Ltd had a ruling upheld on 18th Sep 2019 where it was found that it was giving the impression of an investment product, when it was in fact, gambling. Could you please let me know if the outcome was communicated to the Gambling Commission or Financial Conduct Authority and any other details you can freely give?

Yours faithfully,

Chris Inman
