The business has been given a ranking of one star by the FSA.

Information request regarding: Food Standards Agency Report on Bodrum.

We do hold the information you have requested and it has been provided in
this email. Additional comments (if any) can be found below. If any

Data we do hold

Dear Sir 

Initial visit (WK/000068783) was on 11/04/2022 and met with the workers,
main one I spoke with was Dan Khan, was rated a 1 star at the time of
visit for the reasons below:  

• Poor cleaning equipment available e.g. no antibacterial sprays, 
• No written procedures in place,  
• No food labelling in place, 
• Natashas Law to be implemented, 
• Walk in fridge in poor repair, 
• Walk in fridge has mould growth on ceiling, 
• Cabbages stored in corridor on top of building supplies, 
• Lights in extraction canopy do not work; not covered and heavily
covered in grease, 
• No vents in place at time of visit in canopy, 

 

Since previous visit there was improvements: 

 

Revisited (WK/000069375) on 26/4/2022 and met with the owner Mirza Saeed 

• Canopy has been deep cleaned and old light fittings have been
removed.  
• They have introduced some procedures and in the process of putting a
SFBB in place.  
• Some temperature controls are now in place. 
• Some labelling is now being carried out on some food items, could be
better. 
• Probe now available​. 
• Majority of mould in fridge removed, could still be cleaned better. 
• Antibacterial sprays are now available to aid cleaning 

To be completed following the revisit: 

• New Food registration to be completed as owner is different to current
registration. 
• Evidence of pests to be resolved, living mice seen stuck to glue traps
that had been placed earlier that day (in storage cupboards in
hallways, next to walk-in chiller and bottom of stairs. 
• Written procedures and training to be completed. 
• Repair light in hallway.
• Walk in chiller has been cleaned but could be made better.
