Food Standards Agency did not have the information requested.

Dear Food Standards Agency,

Please pass this on to whom it may concern.

Under the F.O.I.A. Could I simply request of Food Standards Agency any 'notes' made on the file of CAFE CYMRU (PRESTATYN) LTD ?

With knowledge of:-

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/o...

To be expressed as:-

1) Simply a print out (.pdf) of the Prestatyn business Cafe Cymru by Cafe Cymru (Prestatyn) Ltd. Notes and annotations of any comments made by Food Standards Agency?

With my own personal knowledge. I have had noted on Cafe Cymru of Cafe Cymru (Prestatyn) Ltd, for this years Food Standards Agency review [2017] (they were closed over winter 2016- 2017 at the time) With my and other patrons concerns expressed with the owners dog being allowed to roam in the kitchen and or food preparation area.

Yours sincerely
