Thank you for your request for information of 3 December 2019 which has
been logged as RFI 1998 and has been dealt with under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. We confirm that Cheshire West and Chester Council
holds information relating to your request.
For the purpose of clarity your request has been reproduced below:
I would request the last food hygiene report that was conducted at
McDonald’s Cheshire oaks.
Response
Please see attached document. A revisit was undertaken on 25/09/18 when it
was established that there was a constant supply of hot water to wash hand
basin.
You will note that some minor redaction of the personal data of employees
has been applied. The Council considers that this information is exempt
from disclosure under subsection 40 (2) FOIA and other ICO guidance which
states that personal data of junior Council employees and other third
parties attracts an absolute exemption from disclosure and that such
requests must be dealt with under the Data Protection Act (“DPA”) and
General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”) 2018.

The Council considers that your request has been answered in full by
either confirming that information is not held, providing you with the
information requested, or explaining why any information has been withheld
and the reasons for any redaction. Where applicable, the Council has also
