Dear Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council,

I would like to ask for information about surveys or audits the Council has undertaken in order to find out whether premises are displaying their correct food hygiene rating scores.

If any such surveys have been undertaken, could I please ask the council to provide information on when the last survey was undertaken?

For this most recent survey, could I please be provided with a list naming all the premises that were found to be displaying food hygiene ratings that were higher than the correct rating they were awarded.

For each of these premises displaying higher-than-correct ratings, could you please tell me what score each premises had on display, and what rating each premises had actually been awarded.

Yours faithfully,

Owen Sheppard
