Dear Bournemouth Borough Council,

Following the information provided to me by the Food Standards
Agency for Days Restaurant, Unit 3 St Peters Quarter, Bournemouth,
BH1 2AD, I would like to request the exact reasons why the business
was given a low food hygiene rating of 2 out of 5.

I would also like to request any other information held by the
council in regards to this business and copies of all previous
food hygiene inspection reports for this business, and the dates
these were obtained.

If you are unable to provide any of the requested information for
personal reasons (e.g. data protection), I request that you redact
only the smallest section of each report, so that just personal
details are removed as required.
