According to the Newspaper „Leicester Mercury“ the new Leicester Market Food Hall has costed £3.5 Mio. (Please correct the correct amount)
What are the annual costs for this Food Hall (capital interest/Financial costs, running costs ) and which is the annual income through rent and others of the 7 (please correct the exact number) stall holders and who is paying the difference of (please quote the exact amount) between investment and income.
Who is responsible for this financial fiasco?
