Follow up to FOI-22-4546: mandated specific routes (by EKFB) for vehicles delivering aggregates for HS2 from/to Hansons Aggregate depot at Oxford Parkway.
Dear High Speed Two (HS2) Limited,
In your response to my FOI request FOI-22-4546, you state that "EKFB has set minimum standards for vehicles and mandated use of specific routes approved by the Council for vehicles delivering aggregates for HS2. "
Please will you provide me with the information on the mandated (by EKFB) specific routes for vehicles delivering aggregates to and from the Hansons Aggregate depot at Oxford Parkway, with specific details of the routes on the public roads in the immediate vicinity of Oxford Parkway.
I would also like to receive details and the specific reports, memos, e-mails etc. of any risk assessments or road safety analyses / audits which may have been carried out in conjunction with the assessment of the routes, also focussing on the routes in the immediate vicinity of Oxford Parkway. This may include relevant Local Traffic Management Plans (LTMPs), Route Management, Improvement and Safety Plans (RoMIS); minutes of the HS2 Phase One Planning Forum: Highways Sub-group, the local Traffic Liaison Group (TLG) meetings; Lorry Route Approvals, applications to Oxfordshire County Council under Schedule 17 of the
HS2 Act for the use of lorry routes to compounds in Oxfordshire, including any relevant drawings.
I am generally and widely seeking documentation concerning the mandated routes and the road safety aspects of proposed and actual movements of vehicles delivering aggregates to and from the Hansons Aggregate depot at oxford Parkway form the inception of the HS2 project to the current day.
