I set out below the question/s I asked and look forward to your reply. If that requires you to liaise with the council so be it. Clearly the information exists.

Please advise
1. How many fines were issued in the past three calendar years?
2. What was the nominal value of the fines and how much was actually collected?
3. Of the fines unpaid, how many people were taken to court and how much was collected and/ or written off?
4. Of all the money received, how much is retained by the council and how much is paid to the hospital?

Yours faithfully
