Dear Emily Boddy,

Environmental Information Regulations Request

Reference No: 2022- 02006

Further to your request for information under the Environmental
Information Regulations, which was received on

13^th January 2022 by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) FOI Unit, I
am writing to let you know that the time limit for response needs to be
extended.

Although the Regulations normally require us to send a response within 20
working days, it is sometimes necessary to extend this limit in certain
circumstances.

In this case we will need to extend the response deadline by a further 10
days. Unfortunately delays in processing FOI requests in HSE HQ meant this
office only received your request

on 2^nd February 2022, leaving insufficient time properly consider the
request.

I hope to let you have a response by 24th February 2022 and I would like
to apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause.

In the meantime, if you have any queries about this letter please contact
me quoting the reference number above.

If you are unhappy with the decisions made by HSE you may ask for an
internal review within two calendar months of the date of this letter by
writing to me

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review you have

decision.
