I am requesting a document containing a record of all FOIA requests made to the Royal Navy since 2010. Ideally this document should contain the title of the request, a brief description, whether any information was released or not.

Thank you for your reply, and my apologies for creating such a burden with these request. It appears that I have written these requests in such a way as to be misunderstood, and for that I apologize. It was my itent to request only those requests where the Army, Navy or Air Forces "are/were the lead branch within your timeframe". However, in accordance with the recommendations you suggested I will clarify my request as follows;
I am requesting a document containing a record of all FOIA requests since 2014 where the British Army, Royal Navy or Royal Air Force are/ or were the lead branch. This document should contain the title of the request, a brief description, whether any information was released or not and the service that was lead branch. Thank you very much for the assistance provided.
