FOIA - DH Written Complaints Policy

Currently waiting for a response from Department of Health, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Sir or Madam,

Firstly, I am very sorry for contacting you so late in the working day. However I am not able to locate a copy of your written complaints policy online, where there is only a brief outline of the process. Sadly therefore I am required to make a FOIA request.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Yours faithfully,

Akib.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Good Afternoon.

I would be grateful if you could promptly respond to this simple request.

Regards,

Akib.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am now getting a bit concerned over this request.

Due to the response deadline fast approaching , I'd thought if an update could at least be given over this simple FOIA request, especially since there has not been any prior acknowledgement by DH.

Much Obliged,

Akib.
