Thank you for your response. I do not intend to pursue the matter but would point out that neither of the documents refer to comply with s19. The 2005 scheme is no longer the one approved by the ICO which was most recently updated to incorporate the dataset provisions and I see no evidence that this version has been adopted by the Trust.
Whilst FOIA does not require to keep minutes, your own retention schedule does and you have not stated whether you actually hold the information requested regarding evidence of adoption.
