Column A = Total Number of FOIs received
Column B = Number of Refusal Notices issued
Column C = Number of Section 12 exemptions claimed
Column D = Number of Section 14 exemptions claimed

To clarify;
“Section 12” = costs limit
“Section 14” = vexatious
