FOI responses and timelimits
Dear University of London,
I would like to know, during each of the calendar years 2021 (to date), 2020, and 2019:
(i) On how many occasions has the University of London failed to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request within the statutory 20 working day time limit required by law, an example would seem to be here https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...
(ii) On how many occasions has the University of London failed to conduct an internal review and notify the requesting party of the outcome of the internal review, within the 20 working day timeframe mentioned in the ICO Code of Practice.
I would like each of (i) and (ii) as an absolute number e.g. 4, and a percentage e.g. 10% of requests received.
Yours faithfully,
Ray Perry

Many University staff may still be working remotely and, whilst much can
be dealt with online, the University may face challenges in compliance

an issue.
I thank you for your patience and wish you the best of luck in the current
situation.
