I am writing to request an internal review of Cherwell District Council's handling of my FOI request 'FOI Requests Submitted via WhatDoTheyKnow'.
I disagree with the response you have provided.
In November of last year, when an FOI request was submitted to Cherwell District Council the following automated response was generated:

When an FOI request is now submitted to Cherwell District Council via WDTK, there is no automated response generated requesting the poster to submit request on council website.
At some point, somebody in the Cherwell District Council Information Governance Team took the decision to change the automated response to no longer request that FOI's be submitted on the Council website. I would like you to provide copies of all communications relating to that decision.

Update on information request - 783146
I am writing to provide an update on your recent request for an internal review of my response to your recent freedom of information request regarding 'FOI Requests Submitted via WhatDoTheyKnow'.
Your request was received by the Council on 3 May 2023 and we are dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Act requires us to respond to all information requests promptly and within 20 working days.
Unfortunately, I am not yet in a position to send a response to your request for an internal review and I apologise for this delay. While the Council recognises the importance of transparency and public access to information there are also many other demands upon our time and in this instance we have not been able to provide information as promptly as we would have liked.
Please be assured that we are continuing to process your internal review request and I expect to be able to send you a response within the next 10 working days. My apologies for the delay in responding to your request.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cherwell District Council's handling of my FOI request 'FOI Requests Submitted via WhatDoTheyKnow'.
I reject the notion that the Council does not information that I am seeking.
How do you explain changes to the automated response that was generated when an FOI request was submitted via WDTK to Cherwell District Council ? It did not change without intervention from someone at the FOI Team at Cherwell District Council .
