Dear Mr Coffey,
Freedom of Information Act 2000- (Our Reference: FOI981)
We acknowledge receipt of your email dated 14 September 2020 under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“The Act”).
You have requested information on Translink’s history of Freedom of
Information requests.
Please be advised, the Act allows us up to 20 working days (excluding any
UK statutory holidays) to process a valid request for information. We may,
however, need to contact you if we require any clarifications on your
request. If no clarifications are required, you should expect to receive a
response on or before 12 October 2020.
We must also inform you, that while we will make every effort to respond
to your request within the legislative timeframe, there may be a delay, as
a result of the current situation with COVID-19 and our organisational
resources being diverted to work on other high priority areas at this
time. If this situation arises, we kindly ask for your understanding
during this unprecedented time and we will aim to deal with your request
as soon as is practically possible.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Mr Coffey,
Freedom of Information Act 2000- (Our Reference: FOI981)
We refer to your Freedom of information request below and must advise that
there will be a further slight delay to our response to your request for
information.
We must therefore respectfully request an extension until 30 October 2020.
This delay has been caused by the current situation with COVID-19 and our
organisational resources being diverted to work on other high priority
areas at this time. If it is possible, we will of course endeavour to
respond before this date.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
FOI/DPA Team
