Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I'd be grateful if you could provide me with the following information. If you are of the opinion that any of the responses to the questions below could identify individuals, please could you try to anonymise the information or indicate where you consider this to be the case.

1) Total number of FOI requests received 2009/2010/2011 to date (broken down by month).
2) the % of responses where the information has been provided in full, part or withheld (annual totals)
3) Total number of internal reviews requested 2009/10/11 to date (broken down by month).
4) Total number of appeals to the Information Commissioner's Office for 2009/2010/2011 (broken down by year)
5) Total number of cases appealed to the Information Tribunal for 2009/2010/2011 (broken down by year)
6) Total number of cases appealed to High Court or above (broken down by which Court)
7) Number of employees in your central FOI/compliance team, and team structure chart.
8) Are any FOI reps engaged across your organisation to assist in formulating responses or providing information?
9) Are any of your compliance functions outsourced to a third party? If so, which ones?
10) Total cost to the authority each year dealing with compliance work, both internal and including any work outsourced (please could you provide a specific breakdown of costs)
11) Total budget allocated to training, conferences and external legal advice.
12) Total amount spent for 2009/2010/2011 for training, conferences and external legal advice (please provide a specific breakdown of costs)
12) Salaries of each member of the team. (If you think this information could identify specific individuals, please could you provide the salaries within a range of £5000).
