Previous to Employee 1's appointment in September 2020, TVCA (and therefore STDC) had a shared agreement with Redcar Borough Council in relation to Monitoring Officer responsibilities. The names of the employees are exempt from disclosure under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This is an absolute exemption and does not require a public interest test.
