Dear Oxford City Council,

1. In the past two years how many FOI requests have been submitted to Oxford City Council whereby the Council has applied an S43 exemption and refused to provide the requested information?

2. How many FOI requests that the Council applied an S43 exemption to were then subject to an internal review challenging the Council's decision to apply the exemption? How many FOI requests did the Council uphold and how many were not upheld?

3. How many FOI requests that the Council applied an S43 exemption to and still upheld after an internal review were then referred to the Information Commissioner's Office? How many S43 exemptions were upheld and how many were not upheld?
