Dear Buckinghamshire Council,

Could you tell me (broken down in yearly figures) how many applications for EHCPs for children have been made to you in the following years, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022?

Of these applications how many have been refused?

How many appeals to these refusals have been made and how many of these appeals were successful?

How many of the applications were for children in mainstream schools and what percentage of the applications from children in mainstream schools were refused on the first application?

How many EHCP applications involved children with ASD and how many of these were refused on initial application?

How many EHCP applications involved children with ADHD and how many of these were refused on initial application?

Yours faithfully,

Ben Moloney
