Dear Prisons and Probation Ombudsman,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know the following information:

The number of food complaints upheld by the PPO:

1) In the year 2018-9
2) In the year 2019-20

This data has already been given for the year 2017-8, in that year's PPO Annual Report, but is not included in the appendix of the other years' annual reports.

I would also like:

3) Summaries of what each upheld individual food complaint entailed in the year 2018-9
4) Summaries of what each upheld individual food complaint entailed in the year 2019-20

I understand personally identifying information will need to be omitted under S40, but a summary of each individual complaint will not identify the complainant or the prison.
