FOI Request - spend on chaplaincy 09/10

The request was successful.

Robert Christian

Dear North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust,

I would be grateful if you would provide the following information under the FOI Act.

How much did your Trust spend on chaplaincy (or equivalent non-Christian religious support)(pay and non-pay) funding in the financial year 2009/10 (or, if this is unavailable, in 2008/09). Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Yours faithfully,

Robert Christian

Dear North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust,

I don't seem to have received a response to my FOI request and wonder if you could give me an update?

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Robert Christian

Emailed them directly and was promised response on 18.10.10 but by 23.10.10 had heard nothing. See below

Subject: North Tees - FOI request past deadline but no response despite reminder.

Dear Ms Gillon,

I wonder if you can help me?

I have been trying to get a response from your FOI lead since the 15th August but without success ( http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/fo... ).

I notice that lots of FOI requests to North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust show as unanswered on the the WDTK website although the email used appears to be the same as that given on your website.

I do appreciate that people are very busy, but we're now in October and I am a bit stuck as to how to proceed.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give.

Yours sincerely

Robert Christian

Dear Mr Christian

Please accept my apologies for the very serious delay in dealing with your
request. I know that I have not followed the Freedom of Information Act

Your original request was missed because somehow it got caught up with
some junk mail and I must have deleted your message at the same time as
the junk mail.

not be missed again.

I am very sorry that you have been inconvenienced by my mistake.

I am in the process of getting the answer to your request and will forward
a response as soon as I have it.
