Thank you for your request for information about School Crossing Patrol
Officers, which we received on the 13th of November 2019.

The information you requested is detailed below:

-  In the financial year 2009/10, or if this information is not held in
the most recent year prior to 2018/19 for which figures are available, how
many School Crossing Patrol Officers (or persons with equivalent job
titles) were employed by the authority?

37 SCP officers (maximum) in 2009/10.

-  How many Full Time Equivalent hours did they work over the course of
the year?

15951 (409 hours per week multiplied by 39 weeks of the year) in 2009/10.

-  How many School Crossing Patrol Officers (or persons with equivalent
job titles) were employed by the authority in 2018/19?

19 SCP officers (maximum).

-  How many Full Time Equivalent hours did they work over the course of
the year?

7390.50 (189.50 hours per week multiplied by 39 weeks of the year).
