FOI request regarding Road maintenance budgets and allocation
Dear West Sussex County Council,
Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I seek the following information regarding Road maintenance budgets and actuals:
1) For each year from 2005/6 to 2015/6 please advise the following:
a. Total amount of WSCC budget allocated to road maintenance
b. Breakdown of total amount by road, paths and cycle paths
c. Amount of Total WSCC budget allocated to road maintenance for Crawley
d. Amount of Total WSCC budget allocated to road maintenance for Horsham
e. Actual amount of WSCC spend allocated to road maintenance
f. Breakdown of actual amount spent by road, paths and cycle paths
g. Actual amount of Total WSCC actual spend allocated to road maintenance for Crawley
h. Actual amount of Total WSCC actual spend allocated to road maintenance for Horsham
I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably as a data set, eg. in Word or Excel, NOT as a PDF, please. It is not necessary to post a copy of the answer.
If the decision is made to withhold some of this data using exemptions in the Data Protection Act, please inform me of that fact and cite the exemptions used.
If some parts of this request are easier to answer than others, I would ask that you release the available data as soon as possible.
If you need any clarification then please do not hesitate to contact me. Under Section 16 it is your duty to provide advice and assistance and so I would expect you to contact me if you find this request unmanageable in any way.

budget is set as whole.

do not report down to this lower level in Finance.
