FOI request regarding information between representatives from the MHCLG and the housebuilding industry

Dear Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government,

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Please may you provide me with:

All documentation, including but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of the representatives from MHCLG with the follow organisations;

1. Meeting between Kit Malthouse MP, Minister of State, and Taylor Wimpey on 19/06/2019 on the subject of “to discuss housing delivery”.

2. Meeting between Rt Hon James Brokenshire MP, Secretary of State, and Barratt Developments, Bellway Homes, Bloor Homes, Bovis Homes, CALA, Countryside Properties, Crest Nicholson, Galliford Try, McCarthy & Stone, Miller, Persimmon, Redrow, Taylor Wimpey, Home Builders Federation on 24/06/2019 on the subject of “to discuss house building”

3. Meeting between Rt Hon Esther McVey MP, Minister of State, and Persimmon on 05/11/2019 on the subject of “To discuss Persimmon’s role in the housing market”.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
