I acknowledge your request for information received on 03/04/2023. In
accordance with Section 1 (1), (a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
I can confirm that we hold the information requested. Our response is as
follows.

 

Your Request and Our Response

 

Under the freedom of information act 2000. Could you answer the following
questions below.

 

(1) On the installation of 5G equipment and the large monopole
installations in the DY Area, can you confirm the environmental and health
impact analysis the Council have for the granting of planning permission
for this equipment? An environmental and health impact analysis is not
required. This is covered by national legislation.

 

 

(2) Provide insurance details that the Council hold for radiation exposure
and harm against the Person that the Council have in regard the sitings of
5G equipment on public property in their charge? There is no such
information available.

 

 

(3) Provide the structural integrity data report for the monopole and
product insurance for structural integrity, fire and fatigue collapse?
This is the Operators Responsibility.

 

 

(4)  Provide details of the self certification certificate from the
Installers of the 5G equipment with ICNIRP guidline showing radiation
output levels from each radiation transmitter in dbm or Watts to confirm
compliance with the self certification that the Council have permitted the
development? There is no such information available.

 

 

(5) Provide details of the Councils compliance with the Social Care Act
2012 in regards protection from increasing ionizing and non ionizing
emissions from 5G installations? There is no such information available.

 

 

(6) Provide details of all cause mortality data in the area years

2019 - 2020. 2021 - 2022. - Publicly available all-cause mortality data by
