FOI Request - Re TRF FOI

J A Adamson made this Freedom of Information request to Air Cadet Organisation Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was successful.

Dear Air Cadet Organisation,

I submitted a FOI request here: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...

I am still waiting for the internal review, months later. I have gone to the ICO as you are now just not even bothering to follow the law or reply.

I would now like to request the documents you hold to action and consider the request I link to above. For example letters or emails asking people to search for information and discussions about the response (or lack of it) and any exemptions. This should include RAFAC and those you use to help you respond to this FOI such as the secretariat. This is not a request for the information sought under the other request but for information which shows how you dealt with the request.

The ICO have recognised FOI to have fundamental value to understanding public authority decisions and use of money. I tried to do that and suspect places like the Daily Mail would recognise the public interest and issue in having children wear the design. There is also a public interest in knowing why you have stopped responding and how you handle (or don’t handle) FOI as required by the law.

Yours faithfully,

J A Adamson
