FOI request: Preparations by a no-deal Brexit

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust did not have the information requested.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my enquiry as specifically as possible. If however this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you would contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.

I would like to know details about any preparations the trust is making in case the UK leaves the EU without a deal.

As such, could any documents relating to preparations for a no-deal Brexit - and the cost of these potential plans - please be made available?

I understand that under the Act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days. I would be grateful if you would confirm in writing that you have received this request.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Basia Cummings

Foulds James (ICT Services),
