FOI Request: Parking Charges and PCN totals

London Councils did not have the information requested.

Dear London Councils,

Hope you are well and keeping in good health.

I am just getting in contact to make an FOI request regarding Parking Fines / PCN's in the area you represent.

I would be interested in seeing the following information:

1) The total number of Parking Charges / PCN's issued in your region across the time period below
2) The total amount of fines (in £) of PCN's issued across the time period
3) The Enforcement Officer / Warden / CEO who has issued the highest number of PCN's (CEO number is fine, not their name), and the total amount (£) of these across the time period
4) The top 5 streets with the most PCN's issued and the total amount (£) of these.

As a time frame I would like Apr -2019 to Apr - 2020 as a priority. If possible 2020- date would be appreciated also.

Ideally, I would like to receive this information in a spreadsheet format containing all data, with a summary page answering the four key points above. The full data would ideally be structured in the following way

Date of PCN I PCN Penalty (£) I Street I CEO Number I

In the event your authority covers more than on defined area of dense population (e.g. London boroughs) , I would be grateful if you could split the above information in the most logical way. Likewise, any other relevant information that you think would be logical and in the confines of the FOI budget would be greatly appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

Martyn John
