Dear Mick Sweeney

Further to our acknowledgement and your request below, I am writing to
confirm that we are dealing with your request as a Subject Access Request
(SAR) under the Data Protection Act/ UK GDPR . This is because you are
requesting your own personal information.

Please note that. in order for us to respond to your SAR, we will require
your own personal email address so we can send any information we hold to
you securely. We may also require evidence of your identity.

Please contact us separately, via [1][email address] and not  from the
public WhatDoTheyKnow website. We will then be able to proceed with your
SAR.

Please further note that the statutory time limit for responding to a SAR
is one month from the date of receipt. The deadline can be extended for up
to three months if, after searching for the information it becomes
apparent that the request is a voluminous and/or complex one. We now aim
to respond to you within two months, by 12 May 2025.

However, as I explain above, no substantive response will be sent to you
via the WhatDoTheyKnow website.

Yours sincerely

Dear Mick Sweeney

Further to my email below, we have still not received any contact from you
separately. I explained that we will not be able to proceed to respond to
your SAR via this public WhatDoTheyKnow website.

Additionally, having liaised with the relevant service  area, I confirm
that we will require you to send us evidence of your identity before any
information can be released to you.  It may be possible for the service
area to identify you once you provide your personal email address, but
they cannot guarantee that. We are obliged to ensure that the person
making the request is the individual to whom the personal data relates.
This is to avoid personal data about one individual being sent to another,
accidentally or as a result of deception.

The evidence we require must include a copy of one of the following: your
birth certificate or driving licence or passport, and two recent utility
bills giving your current residential address. Please therefore email
copies to: [1][email address].  Alternatively, photocopies are accepted by
post but may take longer to be routed to the correct team.

We have stopped our action on your request until we have received the
evidence as set out above. If we do not hear from you within a reasonable
period, we may close the case and it will be for you to put in a new
request.

Yours sincerely
